Refund Policy
At Thread My Words, LLC, each product is custom-made to order. Due to the nature of print-on-demand and screen printing, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please review size charts and color options carefully before placing your order.


Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Color Variations
Minor color variations may occur due to differences in fabric, printing processes, and screen displays. These variations are normal and not considered defects.


How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a defective item:

Email us at hello@threadmywords.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the defect.
Once approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
